Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”What happens when I reach a limit?
Section titled “What happens when I reach a limit?”You’ll see a message explaining the limit and a link to upgrade. For example, if you’ve used all 60 journal entries in a month, the “New Entry” button shows an upgrade notice.
Do limits reset?
Section titled “Do limits reset?”Yes. Journal entry counts and AI scan counts reset on the first of each calendar month.
Can I try Pro features before upgrading?
Section titled “Can I try Pro features before upgrading?”Not currently. However, the Starter plan gives you full access to core bookkeeping features so you can evaluate LedgerBuk before committing to a paid plan.
Who can change the plan?
Section titled “Who can change the plan?”Only the organization owner can upgrade, downgrade, or manage billing. Other team members can view the current plan but cannot make changes.
